Tyco Certi-Lok Crimp Tool Frame

This is a Controlled Cycle Crimp Tool Frame.  The Controlled Cycle means it will not release until the desired crimp pressure has been applied.  This ensures consistent, reliable crimps.

Requires Crimp Dies P/N: 169404 to crimp AMP (Tyco) PIDG terminals and splices.  These are the pre-insulated plastic terminals and splices that are often found in aviation.  The red, blue and yellow colour of the insulator indicates the wire gauge.

This tool (and the dies) should be calibrated regularly to ensure it remains within specifications.  The period of calibration will vary depending on the type and amount of use, most operators start with a 12 month period.  We would be happy to discuss your requirements.
