Airworthiness Directive DCA/RAD/58 ELT Antenna

This AD is applicable to all Antenna P/N: 21-41 () Series through to S/N: 12999.  These are usually installed on Eurocopter's EC120, 130 and AS350 series helicopters along with Kannad 406AF-H ELTs.  The antenna is a tapered fiberglass rod with a distinctive jam nut and two wedge packer washers.  

It requires installing a heat shrinkable cap ( Part Number: 8021-0382 ) on the end of the antenna using adhesive ( Part Number: S1005 ) in accordance with Cobham's SB 02/2011 and Kannad's Service Letter dated 15th June 2011.

We carry both the heat shrink caps and adhesive in stock.
