The Mid-Continent MD41-428 is a compact GPS Annunciation and Control unit which combines the necessary functions to interface the Garmin GPS 155/165 receiver.

In addition, the MD41-428 contains several GPS status annunciation used to indicate modes selected by the front panel switches and various inputs from the GPS receiver. 

With fingertip annunciation and flight information in the Pilot's primary view, annunciation control units (ACU) offer important features in an efficient design. As an interface with popular NAV and GPS systems, the ACU provides vital safety information, including waypoint, approach status and integrity alerting. Approved to strict TSO standards, Mid Continent ACU's are engineered as a compact, affordable solution to the challenge of installing several switches. Configured for 28v with horizontal mounting and features long life lamps with automatic photocell dimming.
