This is the standard Indent Type crimp tool used for most mil spec circular connectors and Sub- D connectors (Like the Positronics connectors that we stock).
- Wire barrel sizes from 20 to 28.
- Dial selectable crimp depth
- 8 indent crimp
- Controlled cycle ratchet (wont release until the crimp depth is reached)
Requires appropriate bayonet positioner (turret) determined by the contact part number. Contact us with connector or contact part numbers for positioner recommendations.
An adjustable positioner is available, this is great if you crimp small numbers of a large range of contacts. i.e. mainly system repairs rather than installations.
