Provides the same great MFD features as the EFD1000 MAX MFD at a lower price, by eliminating the ADAHRS sensor set (and the ability to serve as a PFD backup). It is ideal as a third display to round out your glass cockpit six-pack replacement. The EFD500 MAX MFD can be installed as a slave display to your EFD1000 MFD to make installation a snap.

Fixed wing installations can be carried out under an AML-STC in a large number of GA aircraft models. PFD and MFD displays are also available for helicopter installations.  The prices quoted are for fixed wing versions, please call us to discuss your helicopter requirements as STC list for rotorcraft is not as extensive.
