Wireless Headset Communication Systems provide maximum freedom, mobility, and clear communication for ground crew personnel without being tethered to aircraft or ground support equipment. Ideal for a wide variety of ground support applications including pushback, deicing and maintenance operations. Aircraft Gateway: (All system will need one of these)


The Wireless Gateway plugs into the aircraft's maintenance or ground support jack to enable the engineers and ground crew to talk with the pilot.  

If you don't have a maintenance socket, don't worry as the gateway can also plug into a standard passenger headset jack.

Multiple connector options are available:

Standard single pin 3 pole 5.5mm connector for connection to most larger aircraft.

Standard U174 Helicopter connector.  6 and 7 pin MS connector interface is also available. GA Twin Mic and Phone plugs are available for fixed wing aircraft without a dedicated maintenance plug.


Wireless Modules: (Up to 4 of these can be used with one gateway)


  • VOX (voice activated) ICS (intercom) to other belt stations 
  • PTT for Pilot Communications

Typical use would be a tug driver or ground crew controller.

4 Bay Charging Unit
