New ADS-B Position Options

With the release of AC91-24 NZCAA have given us a process for the acceptance of Non TSO's and/or TSO-C199 position sources for use with ADS-B transponders.  TSO-C199 GPS receivers are often 1/3 the price of TSO-C145/6 receivers and are ideally suited for Microlight, Experimental and LSA aircraft.  The AC defines the approval acceptance and allows us to install them, without any further input from the director, on certain aircraft.

Even the non-TSO'd receivers will still be eligible for the Airways $2500 ADS-B Grant.
